Elizabeth Moore Sullivan RN, MPH   Principal, Vice President
For more than 20 years, Elizabeth has excelled at leading management and operations in the healthcare field. She served as the Vice president of MAIN Medical Inc, where she was responsible for managing operations and long range planning for the Cardiac Care division, Outpatient Imaging Network, customer service and human resource.  From 1998 to 1998, she served as Executive Director of MAIN Medicals Clinical Services.  During this time, she was responsible for the daily operations and program development.  She oversaw the implementation of multiple outpatient, Disease management and Health promotion Centers.  These programs focused on providing community and corporate health screening and health management, Cardiac Rehabilitation, medically directed diabetes management and obesity programs.  She was instrumental in the integration of two freestanding centers into Hospital Departments.

Kathleen Lipsitz, RN, BSN, Principal, Vice President
In 2003, Kathy founded HealthCheck, LLC a Pittsburgh based Health Management Company that specializes in emergency response training, equipment placement and health/safety consultation services for the workplace.  The services offered through HealthCheck provide a natural complement to the health management services offered to the corporate client through Integrated Corporate Health.  In addition, Kathy is a certified Health Cost Manager, an instructor of the American Heart Association and American Red Cross.  Kathy serves on committees for both the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association.  Kathy is a registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience focused on Cardiology and Cardiovascular Care with extensive experience in disease management, fitness facility operations, and clinical care.  As a manger of the Forbes LifeStyle Center, she oversaw daily operations, development and implementation of disease management and corporate health programs.

Paul M. Ribisl, PhD - Principle/Consultant
Paul is an exercise physiologist with more than 40 years of experience in the area of health and exercise after obtaining his PhD from the University of Illinois in 1966. He has taught at the University of Illinois, Kent State University, and most recently at Wake Forest University, where he has served since 1973. In 1975, Paul co-founded the first outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program in the state of North Carolina, and subsequently helped develop more than 50 additional centers throughout North Carolina and surrounding states. Paul directed the Wake Forest Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for 16 years prior to becoming chair of Health and Exercise Science for the next 16 years. He is currently serving as Dean of the College at Wake Forest University. Paul has served in multiple roles within the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and has conducted research, published and lectured nationally and internationally in the areas of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular risk factors.

Jessica Perenovich, RT(N)-  Manager
Jessica has been a registered Nuclear Technologist for the past 14 years.  As a Lead Technologist and part of a management team, she was responsible for managing staff and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.  Jessica has worked extensively in clinical setting with oversight of a multi-disciplinary team.   Her ability to troubleshoot and create efficient processes makes her invaluable to the delivery of Integrated Corporate Health’s biometric screening programs.  In her role with ICH, she works directly with clients to plan, coordinate equipment, supplies and staffing to deliver our biometric screening programs.

Erin Keegan- Manager
As the Data Manager, Erin is bringing her passion for healthcare together with her proven expertise in Human Resources.  With 10+ years in Human Resources in the healthcare field, Erin has established HR departments and has Director level experience which provides her with a broad range of knowledge and skills.  This background has enabled her to provide a unique perspective to enhance and streamline operations and initiatives for ICH. Erin has served as both a Safety and a Health and Wellness Chairperson, creating and defining programs for the well being and health of employees.  Erin graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and obtained her Professional Human Resource Certification in 2001.
