Most companies like their employees to receive a full screening, complete with full lipid test (Total Cholesterol, LDL-Cholesterol, HDL-Cholesterol, and Triglycerides), glucose, blood pressure, and body mass index. After the screening, the participants usually receive a 5- to 7-minute consult with a state-licensed nurse. Some companies would like additional programs or services, or they would like to offer the screenings in multiple locations around the United States.

Pricing Model for “a la carte” follow-up programs

• Educational programming, including nutrition and weight management:
  Monthly Newsletter. Two-sided, print-ready PDF for the company to print or send via email. $500 per year
• Diabetes and Cardiac management tools: $250 per employee per year
• Incentive tracking program: $35 per employee
